Shocking customer service takes you forever to get through to anyone then when you eventually do they say it takes 4-6 weeks to get refund!!! Do not shop with them

I bought a LEGO Technic 42109 car 6 months ago. I did not use it for 2 months and now one of the engines does not work. I wrote to lego.com but they gave no answer. You pay SEK 1000-1500. but there are no guarantees. Think carefully when you buy LEGO Technic because it is very expensive and there is no guarantee if their engine breaks down. you can throw it away

don't waste your time
Ordered a set and waited over 2 weeks to receive it because lego had the mailing address wrong. Called them multiple times with correct address but they kept getting the address wrong because they can't read the address back to confirm. They insisted the address was correct on the last call and put the blame of fedex (fedex waiting for lego to confirm) During the last phone call the said they would email me no need to call back because they have to wait for fedex. I ended upgoing to fedex to pick up and guess what STILL no email from lego. All they did when i complained was offer me membership points. And by the way they get ZERO stars!
Lego is an awful company
Lego is an awful company, not only do they overprice their cheap plastic building sets but also do not adhere to their own customer service contract. They state that if there is an issue with their pieces they will replace for free, we have spent thousands and thousands on lego and so obviously have had to order pieces a few times. Now lego has decided to stop sending us parts so we spent thousands and thousands and now can’t even get replacement parts as promised. It is absolutely disgusting. I have emails even of them saying they were going to send them after me threatening to share on social media, even have them the order and parts numbers and got confirmation that they were being released, then a month later get a message saying they aren’t sending the parts. What a rip off, poor excuse for a company.
Lego is good
I have liked legos since the age of 4. It has been a milestone in my childhood and a great thing in my life. People my say that lego is a bad company, to that, I can't really say anything. Nowadays, i build my own creations, so I don't really know how sets work now, but overall, lego is a wonderful product.

Terrible Customer Service
The customer service was rude and did not respect its customer at all! I spoke with a supervisor, and she was really rude. If I am the manager, she should be fired right away!

Parcel was empty on arrival
Parcel was empty on arrival, offered a reshipment, reshipment cancelled 3 times, and was told to chase with payment provider, useless company. Do not bother wasting your time!
It's for the scalpers
Thought Lego would do more to stop scalpers by now but there still favouring them over Lego customers, exclusive sets still have high order limits there sold out within 30 min of receiving back in stock email and then magically there suddenly all over eBay and Facebook with stupid high prices , and this goes for there exclusive free gifts , all exclusives should be only 1 per household so we can actually buy one

Returned an item to them by Fedex and lego said they got it. Now they are telling me that it will take four to five weeks to refund my money.

“ We spoke on the 4th. I am sorry that you have been removed from our service. Our Order Verification Team has decided after an investigation you are not allowed to shop with us directly. You are free to enjoy our products from other retailers or in-store but not directly anymore. Once you are removed there is no way to allow you back as their decisions are final. Terms and Conditions state the "The LEGO Group reserves the right to hold or cancel an order without prior notice or explanation in the event of any matter arising that concerns security or is in breach of any policy or term.". Due to security concerns, we do not have to explain exactly what lead to the ban. I ask that you respect their decision as we have been directed to no longer respond to your emails. I hope you understand and enjoy the rest of your day.”

Lego Corporation are Nazis.
It pains me that I need to register 1 star simply to place this review. The situation gets better. Or worse if you are LEGO. After everything that lego has put me through, I returned their package they inadvertently sent to me. I sent it back, feeling this was the correct procedure, not wishing to get an employee into trouble.
Being disabled, and unable to work I arranged for a taxi to take me to the DPD DROP location.
I then received an email fro Lego UK thanking me for my honesty in returning the package which they conceded was a mistake in their part. So:
My listings for Parkinson’s Disease Research were suspended thanks to the Lego group. I was suspended for a product they don’t even manufacture.
I have had to pay out of my own pocket for LEGO’s mistaken delivery ands
Following their pathetic excuse of an apology they asked how they could help me. I suggested a second/product on sale for me to advertise on eBay to raise money for Parkinson’s Research. They said NO. Despite everything they have done in depriving a charity out of £1200 and taking away the income from a disabled person, they couldn’t give a toss.
I need people to know just how disgraceful the Lego company are. They never respond to emails, they never return calls and they crap on disabled people.
I am now left with no choice. Lego have well and truly shafted me and my charity. I need everyone to know their tactics and how they treat people. I’ve said it before, at least the Nazis had the courtesy to wear a uniform. You don’t. You disgust me. You are disgraceful and I need to let as many people as possible know what you are like behind your LEGO facade.

Well done ladies
Had an idea to redeem some of my points and thought of the Porche 1911, imagine my disappointment when there was not one in the shop, not to worry said one of the girls, Charlie, Clara, Fran I think we have one in the store, between the three of them they turned one up.
Nothing was too much bother, all very friendly.

I returned my order and this was…
I returned my order and this was received on 25/5/22.
They stipulate 14 days (not working days) for a refund. With no acknowledgement of the receipt of my return and now no refund…I am not happy.
It’s not great practice to have to chase up my refund and I wonder how many customers don’t even realise they haven’t been refunded.
It’s theft. REFUND ME MY MONEY.

Very slow and unresponsive after sales service. It takes ages to get a return label for a duplicate order and then takes another month to be able to chase up the status of a refund and then some more time for the refund to come through.
